Exception: If a man's wife or girlfriend says "Do I look cute in this?" the man is allowed to use that word only in this sentence, "Yes, you do look cute"

What's up with not using cute though? I use it a lot in my everyday speech...more in a mocking way but I do use it. It's a fun little word that peppers conversations about...let's say a co-worker's friend who fantasizes about killing men. "That's cute" just kind of works there.
I think the "cute law" if still on the books in an abomination and should be replealed. That is all.
