I'll throw in tolerance as well. Guy with no tolerance would probably be able to do it, if you have a crazy tolerance than it won't fly. I would say that is probably the best explanation. |

Jeff's point is valid, because it would take a shitload of smoke to do the job and you actively breathing in deeply and holding it in. I'm going to say it is possible, but isn't the easiest thing in the world to do. Unless both are in place, it is probably not going to do shit.
