So anyone else a bit pumped for the 24 hours of a Christmas Story? It's not Christmas Eve until I'm stuck in bed not able to sleep with a Christmas Story on the TV.
Erm yeah...best Christmas Movie ever.

If you haven't seen National Lapmoon's Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase do yourself a favor and watch it. It is by far the best Christmas movie ever.

I watched it for the first time when I was 10, and got my first bb gun after it. The same one from the movie too. Since then it also has become sort of a tradition and we watch it every Christmas.
Good movie indeed.

I mean, it's not like we're dealing with some Sundance flick. A kid wants a BB gun for Christmas with some odd events going on throughout. Pretty straight forward....you just suck for not liking it. Probably my favorite part is when Ralphie is beating up the bully and his mom finds him. She pays no attention at all to the bloddy kid on the ground and just takes her kid home. I don't know why, but that just always tickled me...
That and the classic "OMG I shot my eye out!"
