What covers of songs do you find particularly revolting?
For me, it's "Kiss Me" by New Found Glory.

Almost every pop-punk cover of legit songs.

Yeah I didn't really read the post that well. Those are the ones I dig. I agree with Keeper here though.

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah puts all other covers to shame.

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah puts all other covers to shame. This is true. Of course, it helps that Leonard Cohen's original was really not that good. I see this thread has changed course...

I find Limp Bizkit's music a slap in the face to society. Fred Durst is such a tool IMO.

I used to dig them when I was twelve and naive. Then I started to hear real music and was upset that I wasted money on some of their albums.

do you remember that song where they said fuck like 40 times. I used to think that was cool. Wow I was a loser back then.

do you remember that song where they said fuck like 40 times. I used to think that was cool. Wow I was a loser back then. Totally do. I used to think I was so tough when I said that. I used to use it sprinkled in every sentence. Now I do my best to avoid it so I don't sound like a complete tool in life. That is another thing (random but is totally coming out). Why do some guys feel the need to curse in conversations with women? Do they really feel like they are coming off as tough for using curses every other word? Look what Fred Durst has done.

Not excessively, but I just do it. Don't really think about it, it just comes out
