I ran as myself in the Democratic primary, and chose stupid stances on every single issue. Far-Left on Iraq, and Far-Right on Iran. It was amusing. Creating myself, I find that I'm a centrist every time, but I always put myself in the GOP primaries anyway.

I don't understand, how do I find out my rating? I gotta think my speed and acceleration make me at least a 4*.

I'm going to bed, I'll probably do a run through tomorrow after my... real campaign event.
My picks though on what you should try: Republicans: Sam Brownback Democrats: Joe Biden, Chris Dodd... hell, even Richardson would be interesting. I imagine it VERY hard to overcome those top three. Libertarian: Throw the Paul profile in the Libertarian race, and see if he can make an impact? The 5% mark is always way to easy to meet (you just overload one state), it'd be interesting to see what would come from a Paul campaign that's Libertarian from the start. Or you could try him in the Republicans, but I imagine that's a very hard one to pull off.

You people really paid 20 bucks for this? It was only $10. And you pay $50 or $60 for very similar iterations of the same sports games every year. What's it to you?

Damn momentum overload, killed my account I suddenly can't win as Obama anymore. Help? I can't either, my momentum gets too strong, I have to purposely shoot myself in the foot, and then I can't recover. I just always run ads in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and SC, always positive, and see what I can do. I just used real-world campaign strategy, and stayed in the states until their primary. Also, I really abuse foot soldiers, I put a TON of them out there (I figure it's realistic since that's pretty much the Obama campaign strategy). I just tried a new one - started the game as Clinton, but controlled every Dem candidate. Then on the first term, has them ALL endorse Barack Obama. He never got close enough to strike, and I got him to agree to being VP. Meanwhile, Romney has been the Republican nominee for a while, but hasn't gotten around to picking a VP. Hoping I can pull this one out, I'm playing on medium.
