I bascially have one every week now lol. It was 65 degrees monday then it dropped to to about 15 degrees yesterday and dropped about 5 inches of snow.

Same here. Central Iowa covered with about 8 inches of snow.

We had classes cancelled last night because a tornado touched down near campus. It was cool, the sirens started going off and we ran to my friends car to avoid having to go to the basement of my building.

It rained a bit here but was damn nice temperature wise all day. I had the windows down in the car on all rides.

It snowed all day yesterday, and by 5 there was about five inches on the ground. It was supposed to snow all night, ended up stopping about 10. Still got the day off. What sucks is, it is the last snow day the district can give without having to make it up.

2 hour delay today. We got a foot of snow yesterday. Our whole hockey team was doing donuts in the parking lot after we got back from a big win on the road against the second best team in the state (we are first). It was nice.

It was supposed to snow all night No it wasn't. Most weather reports expected it to snow through midnight. It ofcourse went over quicker than expected and broke up pretty fast. Nice to have the day off. Rochestor get a lot of snow? |

The NWS was predicting only an inch or so of snow overnight. I was surprised at the forecasts, any half-wit with a radar could have seen the low moving away. 8 inches according to the official report here. |
