I don't know if you guys have noticed by my posts, but I'm the opposite of being a ladies man.
Well, today I was leaving my Spanish class and my buddy always waits for me so we can talk on our way over to a building across campus (High School Campus). Well standing next to my buddy was this girl Taylor, who is in my physics class and I pretty much teach her in that class. As I was walking up she told me "You need to come over to my house." I somehow played it cool and was like "Ok what for?". Usually I would have done something nerdy like look at her weird and go Why? But not this time, no sir. She told me that she needed my help because she was behind in physics because she was gone a couple of days, which she was.
This was the first time that in awhile that anyone had really invited me over to their house, and the first time a girl had invited me over to her house. So I was kinda impressed with myself.
So she was trying to set up when we were doing it when BAM! She wants to do it tonight and I can't because I have baseball practice and then I gotta go to my brother's baseball practice. Then, we can't do it tomorrow because she is a basketball manager and they have a playoff game tomorrow. I was kinda dissappointed, but it was just the fact of what happened which made my day.
I'm evolving from hermit crab, to an everyonce in awhile social "cool" person lol.

uhhh not true. Dont let ur team down for a girl. What u do bro is follow up on that and tomorrow just be like hey im free (whenever ur free) and tell her u could help her out then. Still got Saturday and so on and so forth. The girl's not going anywhere.... My thought's exactly, plus I probably won't be able to stay in my house saturday (We are getting our new floor sealed). So I will have to go out and do something. Plus, I'm kinda glad I had plans, it made me seem not as desperate. Bad part is that she has a boyfriend, I don't think I wanna mess with that goalie. |

As someone who is currently in a similar situation, don't worry about the other guy. Don't even worry about impressing her or anything. Just go over and hang out, it'll be fun no matter what ends up happing. It would be more fun with a 1/5th of Jack, but I mean, just go and have a good time hanging out. Worst case scenario, you're just friends. Big deal, friends are good things. |
