I know a lot of us are freshman and even sophomores in college by now, but is there anyone headed to college this fall semester?
My parents want to me to go Villanova or Carnegie Mellon, but those are wimpy campuses compared to where I've grown up. Plus, they are private and expensive as balls compared to Penn State. I like to think Penn State gives you the well rounded college expirience as most public state schools would.

I'm living at home and going to community college in fall. I want to get my core classes out of the way before I go to Central Michigan.

Honestly, where are you more likely to get laid and have a good time, some private university in lame Pennsylvania or Beaver Stadium? You do the math. Well, tell them to do the math. Then mention to them why poon and fun are better than some "better" education.

And then tell them how much money they'll save. They dig that part.
I'm still in eleventh grade, but I would love to go to a school in one of the big Northeastern cities. Boston, NYC, DC, Philly, hell even Pittsburgh or Providence. However, I'm afraid cost will be my biggest factor, which definitely has its limitations considering the above parameter.

I'm only a sophomore, but I'm planning on going to UVM with free tuition (my mom works there) unless a better oppurtunity comes my way.

For how much aid is out there, money shouldn't be an issue. It will depend on the academic standards of the school.
