With currently nursing a sprained (and swollen/bruised) ankle as well as some nasty bruises on my arms, all courtesy of football spring camp I was curious what is your laundry list of injuries?
My list is:
- One broken pinky and the other pinky dislocated (they're pretty mangled-looking too) - some nasty scars on my knee thanks to a nose-dive from my bike on a gravel road - a mild concussion caused by a hockey slewfoot (I have like an hour blank-spot in my memory) - broken ankle in hockey - a couple of hyperextended knees - a partial tear of my ACL that has never fully healed in the 8 months since it happened, mainly cause it has gone undiagnosed cause I hate surgery

I actually just broke my wrist about a week ago. I had a horse step on it while taking his bandages off.
From football, the worst I had was sprained ankles, fingers, and a wrist.
4 broken ribs from a horse kicking me. Broke arm after a horse threw me off. Dislocated shoulder after being kicked again.

Dislocated my pinky pretty recklessly and the doctor made me sit out of football for six weeks...do you know how much I hated that? I was able to play the next day no doubt.

six weeks? I dislocated mine and had the splint on for like 2 days before getting tired of it and getting back at there. You should have not listened to him non-sports doctors are waaaaaaay too conservative when it comes to athletes

Broke 2 ribs last year in a full on collision with the keeper last year, I lifted my leg all the way up to try to poke the ball in the air over his head and in. Got the ball, but he got all of me.
My legs are pretty wrecked like most runners are, I show up to meets and try to figure out if I can make it through. Never anything serious though that's kept me out for extended time.
My left knee is pretty messed up from a wakeboarding crash three years ago.

Never had a serious injury playing hockey.. (knock on wood)
I was playing co-ed softball for my sisters work 2 years ago and was running to 1st base when i was hit by the ball and knocked me out on contact.. slid about 10feet on astro turf while knocked out woke up in an ambulance, stayed in ICU for a day and in the hospital 2 more days and ended up with a severe concussion, brain bruise and a slightlu cracked skull, and huge scrapes (road rash) on the left side of my face and arms.
thats all.

Wow six weeks u kidding me thats retarded. Mine -Seperated shoulder junior year in football, seperated it again like 3 more times in senior year but just put it back in. -Hip Bursitis -pinched nerve in my lower back. Basically all these happened in my senior year of football which kind of sucked but I didnt have to sit out much except for like a week of summer because I couldnt walk because I had no feeling in my left leg from the pinched nerve.

I was throwing the football around at practice like a week later because I was getting so bored. I feel those who get hurt's pain because it sucks to just stand around at practice and games and everything.

I fractured my wrist and never had it checkout out. I played through it... hurt like a motha but i didn't want to say anything and sit out. Not worth it to me lol.
But yeah... the doctor said I got lucky that it healed correctly or they would have rebroke it lol.
Not to mention an injury I laid out lol. I hit this kid one way and my teammate hit him another and his leg bent weird. Tore his MCL, ACL, and PCL. They thing was seriously bending the wrong direction when they brought him off the field.

- I had an original gameboy dropped on my head. Huge gash on my head. - Hit in the guy with a golf putter. My cousin swung with it like it was a driver, it ended with impact on my eye. - Mild concussion in hockey. - Mild concussion from sliding into a wall headfirst.
The worst was a plantar wart that kept recurring on my foot. That was awful. Directly on a pressure point of my foot.
