Has anyone called the xbox helpline? I am having trouble with it. I called and it lists the options for the 360 like tips, repairs, 3 flashing lights etc. but it doesn't have an option for 1 flashing red light or an option just to talk to a god-damn person! I tried the 3 flashing lights but all it did was tell what I already knew then go back to the main menu. Can anyone help a brother out?

Seriously though, all I did was just press 0 (or wait, I can't remember) for a person to talk to. Was set up in 10 mins. |
