Comments on my NCAA Dynasties

I've had over 130 posts, I have 2 college basketball sites and I will be doing a Notre Dame dynasty once NCAA Football 2005 comes out.

And the reason why my CSU isn't that great is I don't have all the time in the world to work on it, because unlike you ucrossed, which apparently has hours on end to work on sites, I have a life. Remember I'm 14

bmaster's layout is very original, as is his tables and boxscores. he doesn't rely on other people to make layouts, then edit them. As for him being a nobody, that is a ridiculous statement. I've never read one thing on any of your dynasties (not making you a nobody or anything ucrossed), but if you get 8 or 9 votes on a dynasty (like bmaster chi st.), I dont believe that makes him a nobody...

And his writing isnt all that bad, he is 14, and when he's your age it'd be a night and day difference between writing in favor of bmaster.

I have two points to bring up. Number one I believe that bmaster's boxscore is taken from Big Ten World's, though I could be wrong. Also, his tables for stats are taken from Robino I'm bout certain. Now that doesn't make it a bad thing, as I have said before I do actually like his dynasty and pay attention to it. Just making sure we keep the facts in line and hell I'm bored with all this GD rain.

Oh one more point, you do realize that ucrossed is 15? Well that typing ended about a minute of bordem, now I'm off to see who the Charlotte team gets in the expansion draft.

bama, I wasnt aware he is only 15. But he shouldnt be coming at those banners the way he did, especially since he relied on gators to make him one. You may be right about how bmaster took the things from BTW or Robino, but he did make those brackets by himself, havent seen anyone else with those on DC, except Robino, but theres do not look anything alike, in fact, bmasters is better IMO.

i think at one point in time everyone has taken stuff from others. I am sure when btw started he wasn't great and asked people for pointers. I know i ask for pointers on how to do things and i am starting to learn this html stuff.

I know I have and so does everyone else. I was just making a comment to waste time and dis prove Mvick. Also I must say that bmaster's tourney table is cool, but would be quite simple to make. Of course that's with me using front-page due to my amazing laziness.

I would also just like to mention that ucrossed has come up with his own little layout to use, just so we don't get hung up on him not doing anything himself.

Yeah, these are not the actuall banners I plan on using. I realized I misspelled States on the Air Force banner. I have also got the Big Ten logo from Ohio State's web site. Thanks for sticking up for me eveyone, but to be honest, sometimes things have to be said harshly to get the point accross. I am going to be working on some diferent banner styles, I just wanted to test out a basic pattern and the colors I've used. I think they are all good, except I think the Navy banner is a bit dark. Anyway, thanks eveyone for the responses.

I could make some comments on the little flaming going on but I will keep my trap shut.

I like all of those banners except the Ohio State one, which IMO looks a little too simple. The other ones are fantastic though, the Air Force one is great!

And the spelling error is "sourse" on the OSU one.

I did NOT copy BIG10's box score. It's the ESPN.COM one. And BIG10 just copied ESPN's football box score.

Well I already knew that, but forgot that your boxscore does look different. Of course it's just an adaptation of ESPN's but it's unique to you which is cool. No need to get so mad about it though, I would have gotten your message without the caps lock.

First of all who the hell is awbachelor and why are you continously updating shit on dynasties with just a banner. Now to backup my cousin IMO I wouldnt use one of your banners because they look simple and plain. I would use the ones setup by Gators and AFO, even though I never have...

Now for the writing part, BMaster I just read your example and Im praying for you that wasnt your best article... Yeah your 14 dont use it as an excuse for crappy writing because UCrossed is 15 along with me.

Now BMaster your comment on your Coll BBall rating that would make you 5th in NCAA Fball is totally wrong. Honestly, I gave you a nine because you are the only person to have a Coll. BBall dynasty and stick with it. If your dynasty was a Football one, I honestly say you would deserve a 5 or 6. Also, there isnt even anyone doing Coll. Fball right now because my old Bakersfield is 7th even after people have dropped my rating. So for you to call UCrossed site anything but good is just wrong.

Now MVick7 who the hell are you??? I have seen you around the forums, but have never seen one of your dynasties besides one. If I were you, I would just stay out of this and get your head out of BMaster's ass.

Most of you guys know that I have been around the boards long enough and that I don't cause any trouble. But I think I'll say something now. You have an opinion, and that's cool, I just don't think that what you said was really necessary.

Yeah, awbachellor's banners are quite simple, and there are some spelling errors, but they are nice and it's what he likes, so it's all good. Again, I am not trying to start trouble...I just thought we all knew better.

I could just be overreacting too, but I just thought I would put my two cents in. I hope we can just go on peacefully from here.

Ok Leak and Ucrossed, you keep telling me my writing sucks. But you've never really explained why. I'd like to hear a reason instead of just saying it sucks.

To continue, why does it matter how long you've been at this site? MVick's opinion is just as good as yours Leak, you don't have anymore right than he does. Oh and Bama, my apologies on the CAPS, didn't mean to offend you there.

And when you say MVick should get his head out of my (I’m above using profanity) your doing the same thing with your cousin in my humble opinion. Now you can go ahead Leak and Ucrossed and sit in front of your computer screen thinking about something new to create in your dynasties as you sit in the basement and your skin turns a lighter shade of white.

So thanks for your opinion on my writing, but if I had wanted to hear from somebody with your IQ, I'd be at Wal-Mart talking to the vegetables.

First of all dumba$$ I play BBall for my HS team and Im out probably twice as much as you, so dont go saying that Im always in the house when Im not even runnin a current dynasty $hithead.

Now, you say your above using profanity, I havent argued with anyone on the forums I have been pretty neutral, but when you say something about someone's dynasty that is a hell of alot better than yours it ticks me off.

Now I was going to be nice and leave it at that, if you say Im up my cuz ass or whatever then go right ahead, but you would do the same for your family. MVick7 doesnt even know you, and still has your back 100%. Now it all started over some banner and $hit when your a$$ dont even have a banner. Except on your new Duke site which has Gators layout, which you said UCrossed layout sucked when they our about the same damn layout.

Talkin bout IQ, listen I'll give the reasons why I think your writing sucks. 1. Look at your paragraphs and tell me how many sentences average u use in them. 2. Sentence structures are poor and you cant keep the reader interested. 3. When you start a sentence with And while you judge someone's writing on the forums it makes a difference. So you talk about my IQ well my writing IMO is better than yours so Ill leave it at that. Read your writing and read mine compare the two and comeback at me.

But if people are going to get picky about how people write now and not about the fun of reading others dynasties, DC is going to fail at its purpose.

I thought the site was meant for posting dynasties for others to see how you are doing. Everyone started to get into the HTML hype and basing how good a site is on it.

I think everyone needs to take a chill pill and remember why Stephen started this site. For people to have fun, not to criticize other people.

While discussing spelling mistakes, Leak you wrote "which you said UCrossed layout sucked when they our about the same d**n layout." and you have our instead of are. Lets try to have no spelling mistakes. jk man, everyone has spelling errors. it happens in life.

When it comes down to it, I am sided with leak and ucrossed on this issue. But I think it's bout time to end all this crap. Leak defened his cousin and he should have really, because it seems that everyone was against him. Then one must consider it was a comment by bmaster that put ucrossed over the edge. It's time to stop and I'm hopefull that ucrossed and leak are now on the same page as me, just time to end this whole little mess.

Also, you summed up the purpose of this site up very well. Made me remember why I joined back on 9/5/02. Never had more fun on a website than here and I just hope some stupid argument over a fucking banner will change any of that. Can't we all just fucking get along?

I was going to reply, but after reading matt/bama's points, I've decided not to.

I would just like to add one thing, when bmaster said he was not going to read this thread or post in it again, why would you call him a pussy? In my opinion, he wanted things to be over with and then you go attacking him again. Come on here fellas! We should ALL grow up. I made some posts I regret as well. Can't apologize for them but I can move on.

I will decide to lv. this post w/o reading anything more on it. Just like bmaster.
