I guess I'll kick off the debate.
If Missouri's Memorial Stadium isn't on the list, then it should be pretty freakin' close. It's not as big, (68,347) but I have seen it over 70,000+, and I think it's as loud as any other stadium in D-I.
Otherwise, this list is pretty good, I think.

I think LSU could be higher because they are the only stadium to actually make the ground shake like the screen will in the game.

Well I for sure think that Texas A&M should be ahead of Oregon and Washington. The press boxes shake at Kyle Field and Kyle is the largest football stadium in Texas.

Even though this is college, I'll still say, Lambeau Field's pretty damn tough to play in, in the winter time.

Im just happy that the Swamo is #1 ive been there and it defenatly gets loud. and LjSnU The Swamp does shake, i had ground level seats for the UF-TENN game this past year now although we lost , the stadium was so loud that you cant even hear a jet that was passing by over the stadium. Like i said im just happy with the Swamp being #1

I heard that Neyland Stadium gets the most...oh, what's that word...decibals! I heard that stadium ranks highest as far as decibal rankings, so I would have to say it's close with FLA and TENN...The Swamp is louder than it should be though because of the way it's built; it's not as wide as a place like Neyland or Tiger Stadium where sound can escape. In my opinion, the top three are LSU, FLA, and TENN, in no particular order. LSU should definitely be ranked above Ohio State.

I think Nebraska's Memorial Stadium should be top 5, actually. The #9 ranking surprises me.

Camp Randall is tough to play in, but it shouldn't be in the top 10. It gets loud since the wind usually ends up blowing around the stadium because of it being open-ended, but it doesn't seem to be as loud ever since they put in the new artificial turf stuff (if that makes sense). Add that onto the fact that the Badgers barely win at home anymore, and it's not as tough to play in as it was during the Ron Dayne and Chris Chambers days...

Well, I'm not exactly thrilled with the ratings myself. Bryant-Denny at 21, I guess they have never been there. It get loud, louder than VT, Oregon, ND, and Iowa, I promiss you. Of course, we weren't really that good last year and I can see putting us a little lower than we should be becasue of that. Then again, they should do the same to ND, Texas A&M, and for the Cuse.
Of course, some of those opinions are because of Bryant-Denny being so low but I also have a consperecy theory. Yes, you read right. I noticed last year, in the opening little videos, they went to hell holes like Auburn, Tennessee, and even got Iowa fans on there. Yet, Alabama didn't have a preview. Also, unless I edit the ratings, every year (since NCAA 99) they always seem to fizzle into a nobody school fast. I think they're either a bunch of Auburn fans, or just hate Alabama.
Well sorry for wasting that minute of your life and droping your IQ a few points by reading that little rant. Goodbye.

Bryant-Denny at 21, I guess they have never been there. It get loud, louder than VT, Oregon, ND, and Iowa, I promiss you. Of the 20 teams ranked above B-D Stadium, Autzen, Lane and ND are bad ones to call out saying they should be below Bama. Autzen is widely regarded as a scary place to play, so I think no one can argue that one. Lane stadium is also ranked appropriately and is WIDELY underestimated for the crowd. Being an open stadium in the Appalachians is rough enough (wind and winter), but the VT student section is just flat ass insane. It's a tough place to go and an awesomely fun place to see a game. Notre Dame....yeah, it's lost a lot and it's not a place I'd rank very highly either, but it's definitely higher than B-D just because of the mystique everyone buys into. Iowa...i won't argue at all. I've never ever thought of Iowa as a hard place to play.

I said louder, not tougher but of course that is what it's all about, how tough a place is to play. I can see where Lane Stadium is higher I guess, because after watching them play Miami last year, I was in awe of how excited the crowd was. Oregon's place, is tough because the fans are right on top of you. I can also understand why that place is above us, but I still think they are a little overrated. ND Stadium, I guess could be a tougher place to do the sheer history that stadium has. There not louder than Bryant Denny, but I guess those places are more intemidating to play at.
I was just a lil pissed off that Bryant-Denny was below Auburn, when it comes down to it. They do have a better team at this moment, and they have more seats. When Bama adds the 10,000 some odd seats they are planning on putting in, expect Bryant-Denny to beat those stadiums out with just our numbers.
Well, anyway that is all.
