I don't know if this has been done before, so correct me if I'm wrong.

Instead of recruiting DC players just to your team, I think I may put a spin on that and just have each player as fair game to any team. I think this might have been done before, and if it did, I don't think it went for a very long time. I would like to start/continue this idea.

I will let everyone know here on the boards who are up to be recruited and where you land, and what position you will be playing. I think this is a cool idea, but what does everyone else think?

Plus, I was thinking of doing an "ESPN - The Season" sort of thing, as well...thanks for the feedback guys.

Gilchrist is gonna be nasty, he might do well enough to make the jump to the NBA after this season. Strawberry and Fofana (the other two sophs) will also do well, so I'm hoping that Maryland's sophmores and juniors (Gilchrist and Caner-Medley) can kick some ass this year in the ACC.

Terps, Strawberry looks like he is gonna b great, especially on defense, he needs to work a little on his offensive skills. It sucks we lost Smith I really liked him alot except when he was shooting free throws

LOL! I was justing thinking about Wilcox. I've been rooting for Wilcox to do well with the Clips, but with a Dukie (Elton Brand) starting in front of him, he hasn't gotten his ass off the bench.

Strawberry will be vicious if he can tweak his shooting.

Smith wasn't bad down the stretch in the tourney, but I could shoot better free throws than him.

I'm real interested in Mike Jones and Ibekwe. Jones was supposed to be a sick player last season but I don't think he was their best freshman. Maybe he comes out and shines this season? Ibekwe, if he bulks up, has nice potential.

Jones hit some big shots especially a big shot in the ACC Champ game that huge 3 pointer. I think he will be the best out of our sophomores, but they all look to be talented. As for Wilcox, bad decision to leave, another year with the terps and o boy we could have used him

That was a great one. I was watching it with my mom (yeah, I had NOTHING to do that night).....and she was being so negative, talking about how Maryland was done. I actually told her, look out, they'll definitely win.

When Nicholas hit that shot, I jumped up as high as a 5'8" (at the time) white kid could.

Haha Duke choked in the tourney last year. Shelden Williams fouled Jamar Smith (or was it Gilchrist) when Maryland was down by 3 with little time left. If Maryland is gonna go for 2, why foul the guy when you'll still be up by 1 and have the ball?

Stupid Duke, they suck so much!

EDIT: NC State was a sweet comeback too, but I soccer.
