What would I buy to get rosters for NCAA, and Madden to useo on the 360? I have a max drive for PS2 and XBOX, but what would I buy so I can download the rosters offline?

Don't do what I did and get an XSATA. It's a POS. Buy a memory card and a Datel transfer kit. I was able to get NCAA rosters with the XSATA, but trying to transfer Madden rosters was a royal pain in the arse.
I'm getting the Datel kit very soon.

Was the XSATA the alien thing that connected between the HD and the unit that DB touted so much?

$15 transfer kit can be found just about anywhere. $40 memory card needed to make it work.
And yes, I touted Xsata. Looked awesome, but there's some thing with all downloadable files don't work with it.

I was just wondering - I never heard anyone's reviews or thoughts on it - just looked shady. The datel kit supposedly isn't the most user friendly either, but I personally haven't gotten my hands on one so I'm just speaking from hearsay. With that said, I think it's about the only feasible option out there right now.
EVENTUALLY, all of this is supposed to be tradeable over the marketplace, but we're a little down the road from that.

Datel's certainly isn't user friendly, it doesn't even work on my PC. I have to use my parents' to download rosters and such. I can't explain why, since my parents' PC and my PC are virtually the same.

I know it took my friend 5 hours to get the rosters from the pc to the 360, but he isn't the most tech-savy guy either, so I didn't know whether to write that off to the program/interface or to my friends moronic nature

Hewlett Packard Windows 2000.
My parents PC is exactly the same. I can't figure it out.

So the Datel thing your talking about is the same things I have for PS2 and XBOX? My 360 came with a memory card, and 2 controllers, so I already have the memory card...
