If the SEC gets one, so do we.
So the Luckeyes roughed up the Nittany Lions today, but who cares, we've got MSU/Notre Lame coming up right now. Watch it, and go Spartans.

The Golden Domers are looking pretty ugly thus far, and it's making me happy.

Wow, Brady Quinn might be playing his way out of the Top 10 in the 2007 draft.

ND just stunk of 8-4 or 9-3 to me before the season even started.

Well uh, usually we wait until the Michigan game to blow a huge lead in a game of this magnitude. Guess we're folding early this year.

Sigh.
I really, really don't believe this.

Sigh. I really, really don't believe this. Try missing a field goal with 3 minutes to go in regulation. In overtime (for the win) and then missing an extra point in the 2nd OT that causes the loss. I'm still pissed about that. Hell of a job blowing that one though MSU. Crazy game, I just can't believe MSU could blow that one.

MSU = Poop
It's going to come down to Ohio State, Michigan, and Iowa. Each played well today, but my Hawkeyes gave me a little scare against Illinois.

Iowa's definitely a good team, and should challenge for the Big 10 title, but there's something about them that eats at me - one, I'm not particularly a big fan, and two, they seem to play down to their competition (see, ISU, 'Cuse, and now Illinois). If they go out and beat the Buckeyes next week, I'll eat crow, but I wouldn't consider them a front-runner as of now. It's too early.
Oh, and don't count out PSU or MSU at this point. Way too early to start counting out teams.

Good call on starting this thread. With one game of conference play behind us here is how I would rank the conference based on who and how each has played thus far (this is not a prediction of how the conference will shake out):
1. Ohio State - no question, best team in the country.
2. Michigan - not far from the Buckeyes.
3. Michigan State - the offense looks unstoppable.
4. Wisconsin - need for a more balanced offense, but the defense is stout.
5. Iowa - I know, they get better as the season continues. But, where is the offense?
6. Penn State - Not the same spark as last year on defense. And the passing game is suspect.
7. Purdue - They finally played a somebody in Minnesota and looked good.
8. Minnesota - Good against bad teams, bad against good teams.
9-11. Indiana, Northwestern, Illinois - in that order, but not much difference.

I hope we don't get upset tommorrow. We have a bad habit of playing crappy atleast ONE game not named Ohio State.

Michigan State continues the collapse. Fun stuff.
OT looks to be coming...against Illinois.
EDIT: Wow. Nevermind. 3-9, here we come!

w00t. Minnesota tried to mount a late comeback but we held them off. Can't wait for next week, with MSU down, we might get complacent and be on upset alert

Right now, we could be beaten by you guys even if you don't show up.
But if we win, I'll never let you hear the end of it, especially considering the circumstances.
