SEC > ACC > Big Ten > Big 12 > Pac 10 > Big East You don't know much about college football do you? There is no way in hell that the ACC is tougher then the Big 12. Hell right now the Big East is tougher then the ACC. Then you have the Big 10 third? What do they have 3 teams? That would be OSU,Michigan, and Wisconsin. Neither of them teams have played anybody. In the Big 12 you have Texas, OU, Nebraska, Missouri, and Texas A&M. They all have semi bad record from beating up on each other. 1. SEC 2. Big 12 3. Big East 4. Weak 10 5. ACC 6. Pac 10 7. WAC 8. Conference USA 9. Mountain West 10. Sun Belt

Hey. BC is in the ACC. This obviously means that the ACC is the toughest division/conference/pool in history of sports.

EA weighs in on Big East debate. I just got invited out of the BE and asked to join the ACC. I don't think that was possible in past years.

Coming from a Big XII guy, this is what I think.
1. SEC 2. Big 10 3. Big XII 4. ACC 5. Big East 6. Pac-10 7. All the other little ones...

I actually think the Pac Ten is tougher than the ACC this year. They have a degree of parody out there, and have good teams in USC, Cal, and Oregon. What does the ACC have? They just are stuck on the fact that Miami and Florida State are having their worst seasons in about ten years.
My List of the Majors:
1. SEC 2. Big XII (More strength throughout than the Big Ten) 3. Big Ten 4. Big East 5. Pac 10 6. ACC

The ACC has BC and Wake Forest. I mean, winner winner chicken dinner.

I could be wrong, but I just get that impression from everyone. That said, I like these rankings. You could make a case to flip-flop the Big 10 and 12, but after OSU, UM, and Wisky, there isn't much, and even then Wisky is a stretch. If Iowa and MSU had fared better so far, then yes, I think the Big 10 should be above the Big 12. But that isn't the case. It's all about depth, not what's at the top.

And them Big East teams ain't played nobody either tex. Last I checked, OSU played Texas, Michigan, Penn State and Michigan State played Notre Dame. Michigan State played Pitt, and won so I think them teams have played somebody.

They are as good as anyone when they play mistake free. Just because they have a 4-7 record does not mean they are a not a good team. They have a sucky coach and it's about time they fired him.
By the way slick, I didn't say they were good in that post. I was talking about Big Ten teams and how they have actually played good teams. That was what Clayton said. I did say MSU beat Pitt, but did I say they were good? Are you dumb?

Michigan State a good team? That is like saying Western Kentucky will win the National Championship in 2009.

Michigan State a good team? That is like saying Western Kentucky will win the National Championship in 2009. Michigan St. has been one play away from a big time bowl bid the past two seasons. The comeback againsty Notre Dame this year, and the blocked field goal against Ohio St. last year.

We were in such a tailspin at that point, it didn't really matter.

Sportsbuck is right. One play decides the season. Corso and Herbstriet say when Michigan State is playing mistake free, they can play anyone. But when in this thread did I say MSU was good? I am looking and I don't see it.
