Where did Henne ever come into the discussion of the long runs by the Bucks?
Henne has reminded me of the Craig Krenzal of 2002 (even though Chad is a much more talented version), where he relied on a great defense and a strong running game to win games. I just wonder where Henne would be if he didn't have Hart.

Let's flip the scenario. Hypothetically, do you want your #1, 12-0 Wolverines to play a #2, 11-1 Buckeye squad that you just beat? Didn't think so. This is largely the reason for my arrogance in this thread, which I apoligize for. I am scared of Hart. Anyone in the country would be. But I am not scared of Chad Henne. The man quite simply cannot lead the Michigan offense without Hart having success. He is earning a reputation as a big game loser, at least in my book. And about Hart embarrassing our defense, how about Pittman, Wells, and company embarrassing Michigan's over-hyped run defense? How about Troy Smith throwing for 316 yards? No I wouldn't because I know they would beat us the second time around.

Lefts get this off the table: - Both Defenses just SUCKED that game - Both Offenses played really well (even though OSU had 3 turnovers) - It was a great game, I can't believe it was a high scoring game - I think these two are the best teams and why shouldn't they play again, I don't think anyone DESERVES anything because both teams really showed why they should be 12-0 (but OSU is 12-0 and not Michigan) - If they do meet again in the National Championship, Great but if not, oh well we go to the rose bowl. - Even though Wells and Pittman did well against Michigans Run Defense, they also had to worry about Smith's passing/running abilities but that shouldn't happen again (I really don't know that but just making that comment) Its over, all we can do is wait and see how other teams will do... I know who I am cheering for this weekend |2uff

Michigan does not deserve the second chance. What would happen if OSU played Michigan in the Championship Game, and the Wolverines lost again. USC, Notre Dame, etc. would be pretty damn pissed that a team that already had their shot to make it got in again and blew it once more.
I would love to see a rematch and have another exciting game, but you have to give another team a shot. If this game happened in September/October, it wouldn't be too big of a deal, seeing how both team's would have grown, but this is the close to the end, and if OSU can win now, they deserve to take on the next challenger...

I'd definitely be pissed if I was Florida or USC. I don't think it will happen though. USC has 2 or 3 games left to go I think, and they are big games. If they win both, consider them in. If not, then I think Florida will get in if they win the SEC championship game. What hurts Michigan is they have no games left and the Big Ten does not have a title game.

Meh, the UCLA game wont do much for them. So basically all they have to do is beat Notre Dame this weekend.

Personally, I think Florida has more ground to make up than just winning out. They can't eek out victories, they have to impress. I really, truly believe the only stopping a rematch is USC running the table.

Any chance of Arkansas getting in died today...
I agree with JTR. If Notre Dame wins tomorrow, I see a rematch happening. It should be a superb game either way between ND and USC tomorrow.

USC, barring a huge choke in UCLA, just killed a rematch possibility.
