That has to be the most biased post I've ever read.

I love how you say a rivalry has to be competitive, yet almost every year the Iron Bowl is a very entertaining and hard-fought game.
/dismisses this silly post as biased gibberish

Can this be considered trolling? I mean, he's almost never on, then he shows up and posts crap about his hated rival.

You morons realize he didn't write that right? And while it is biased, you can't dismiss that behavior. Bama fans shouldn't be throwing bottles at Auburn players, they should be throwing them at their own for their piss-poor efforts rather than bitch and moan to Auburn players that actually showed up.
Get off bama's reproductive organs and get over the fact that what Alabama fans did was wrong. Just because this is some noob here that posted somethign a little too opinionated for you which you believe is "attacking" one of your internet friends is no reason to overreact about it...

i didn't write this i just thought it was interesting and seeing how much of it is true and how bama has crap in his profile about auburn football who has beaten them five straight times I thought id put something about alabama

I'm not ON bama's reproductive organs. I just think there's some stuff there that doesn't really make sense. At least not to me.
And you can't really argue the fact that you have as many SEC titles as a team that hasn't been in the conference for 40 years.
Now I can't disprove your first paragraph, but why not get on the thousands of fans elsewhere in America that every year throw the bags of urine and bottles and crap at OTHER players? The writer seems to be singling out Alabama fans, which isn't fair.
The Iron Bowl isn't a series, it's almost always a good, hard-fought game.
I just think the author is TOO biased there.

You're absolutely right DB. The author failed to point out other groups of fans as well. Why he didn't compare those actions to Pistons fans is ludicrous.
It's somewhat biased I know, but it's just a view on the possible overhaul that Alabama may or may not go through and talks about his views on what they pretty much need to do to avoid getting raped like they have been for five years. Don't focus on the little details, just look at the important points and argue them.
And the main reason you're attacking this so critically is because this guy is a noob and he's against what someone you respect goes by. If this was the other way around you wouldn't be moaning about it so much, and if you don't believe that then I can't cure your arrogance...

Somewhat biased? Yeah, somewhat's a bit of an understatement.
I don't care about the little barbs traded like bama's sig. It's just kinda silly to post a whole article ripping Alabama's football program to shreds.

If that post pissed anybody off, there's serious issues with some people...
Calling it silly is rather silly itself, DB. All he's doing is gloating about his team's victory. If you don't like it, fine attack the post. But don't attack the poster like you were calling him a troll...

Pissed is the wrong word. Annoyed. It's just my nature. People who gloat annoy me, even if I could care less about what they're gloating about. You people know how I freak about about stupid things sometimes.

Gloat? DB, wouldn't you really be one to talk. Any time your teams are winning, and another person brings up the fact that their team is starting to gain some steam, you immediately call it off. The AL Central was a prime example of that. Nobody picked you out then, although that could once again go back to your "DC Rep"...

I never said I was perfect.
I know I live a double standard and can be an ass sometimes. Sometimes though when your team blows as long as they had and start doing really well, you get excited.
I never said I wasn't a jerk sometimes. And I could really care less about how popular I am on a message board.

ill delete the whole thing then, i didnt mean 2 piss every1 off It's cool, you have a right to an opinion, no matter how much of it is acutally right. The fans throwing stuff is pitiful, and doesn't show the class that we Bama fans like to brag about. No excuses, no nothing, that should have never happened and I hope it doesn't happen again. I hate to tell you though, Alabama is still the bigger program and that won't change for a long time. Remember last year, Alabama mad ea decent run and the national media latched on. All of this love for the Tide came after Auburn won the "People's National Championship" and were having a very good year themselves. When Alabama is down, the Aubbies come out and play. I was in Mobile this past week, and I saw a pretty even coat of Alabama and Auburn stuff. Seasons where Auburn is down however, there isn't much blue and orange in sight. Alabama has the history, and when people think of SEC football, they think of Alabama and maybe Florida if they are from the new generation. Auburn isn't there yet. Also, since when is this rivalry not competetive. Auburn hasn't exactly blown Alabama out during the last five years (against only two teams with winning records at the end of the season I might add). Each game has been close, sans the 2005 performance, and Alabama wasn't exactly playing with a full deck each of those years. Tubberville has done well, and I respect what he has done over in Lee County. Auburn has become an upper level program in the last seven years or so. The crazy thing is, for all the love you are giving Auburn, they both have two 10 win seasons since 2000. Alabama is still the king of the state when it comes to football. When Alabama's having a good year, they become the media darling of the SEC. When Auburn has a good year, they still vie with others for attention. Alabama will also be getting back to the level Auburn is right now soon, and all will see how true everything I'm saying is. Roll Tide Roll P.S. See you in Jordan-Hare next year. *Edit: auburn, you have the right to gloat. It comes with winning the game, so don't let these fools around here get to you. I don't mind eating some crow every once in a while. Too bad, I've had five years of it.

Bama doesn't make topics dissing Auburn. He has a small two line thing.
