I want an extremely realistic dyansty, I really don't want to win the national title within the first couple years, sure I don't mind winning the SEC West or even the SEC once in a while, but I don't want to dominate. What general changes to sliders do you guys make, and would going to Heisman really help?

I still get great games from them. Although I have made a couple of tweeks here and there.
