As far as I'm concerned, they had their chance. If they would of just won the game, they wouldn't have anything to worry about.

So you deny them the chance? The re-match and Michigan not playing for 2 weeks is the only way I see voters picking Florida, and it's crap. Michigan never lost to a team under their ranking, and that should get them in. Other than Florida playing the nation's hardest schedule, including playing six straight bowl bound teams in a row of course. If you wondering, that is as many as Michigan played all together. What did Florida do to play themselves out of the title game? I mean, other than winning the SEC Championship, because that's not as impressive as losing to Ohio State by 3 and coming in second in the most top heavy conference in America.

The plan the voters had was for USC to beat UCLA and have that be the rematch, and they showed respect for Michigan putting them at #3 after losing to OSU. But things got complicated when the Trojans lost, so now they have to decide who to put in at #2. Urban Meyer did not have any impact whatsoever. Voters just opened their eyes and realized that two teams had the same record and one of them had the toughest country in the schedule, playing what, 5 ranked games or something, compared to Michigan playing less.
Basically, the voters were not prepared for a USC loss...

Florida is deserving, no ones denying that. Michigan was number two ahead of Florida, loses to the NUMBER ONE team, stays where they are until Notre Lame lost to USC. Then when USC lost, Michigan should of went back to number 2. I don't think Florida should of leap frogged them.

My post is in reference to why I feel they should have been ahead of them all along (well ahead of them after the loss to OSU). It's my SEC bias.

It's OK RdSx cause when Florida beats Ohio they'll leap frog everyone, so you won't have to worry about this whole Florida jumping over Michigan thing. Oh and just a side note. Don't hurt your brain, or lose any sleep over trying to figure out how this all happened. The point is, that no matter who thinks who is diserving or not. Michigan already got a shot on "a" field, I could care less that it wasn't neutural, and they didn't beat Ohio, I'm not saying that they couldn't if they got 5 more tries. But now the BCS says that it's Florida's turn and let's just see what happens now. 2 Much

First off, learn your colleges. It's Ohio State
Secondly, show at least some kind of respect for your opponent.
Lastly, it wouldn't be in your best interest to mess with Bstn.

First of all, I called them Ohio cause I thought that anyone on this board would be smart enough to know who was #1 and I was shorting it up. That's as petty as correcting someone's spelling, are you in 3rd grade? Secondly, I'm not on Florida's football team and don't act like I am like alot of wannabe fans, so I don't have to give anyone respect, including bstn. Lastly, I don't care about bstn and his pwnage. What's he gonna do? Call me a mamma's boy and point out petty difference's like you did, when you all know that I obvisous was talking about State but wanted to abbreviate the word, but I thought that OSU might be too complicated for you. Your right I could'nt handle that pwnage I'd be scarred for life

haha.... You just cant vote on putting two teams in a championship every year when theres 4, 5 sometimes 6 deserving teams. Thats why there needs to be a playoff. The BCS did the right thing, thank god for that, but they still managed to mess everything up. Whatever they did, somebodys not happy.
Floridas argument was there hard schedule and record.
Michigans argument was Florida lost to Auburn and they lost to the #1 team in the nation, so how is Florida loss more style points.
Ohio States argument is why would they want a rematch. That'd mean they would have to go 2-0 against Michigan for the year, and Michigan only have to go 1-1.
If Oklahoma didn't get a bad call against Oregon, theres another 1 loss team that's complaining. What if UCLA didn't lose all year and then there first to UCLA, what would that have done? The BCS doesn't want to beleive it, but face it, there need to be a playoff.
#1 Ohio State vs #4 USC
#2 Florida vs #3 Michigan
Nobody will ever complain if it's decided on the field.
P.S. Florida fans will feel prety stupid if Ohio State blows them like USC did Oklahoma some 55-10 haha. I'd love to see Florida fans try to talk about anything after that. Urban Meyers reaction.

And if Florida wins? I want to see the reaction if Florida wins. Then all the people who thought Michigan deserved the rematch will have nothing to say.

I understand you guys are butt buddies, and what, has he not put out? Is that why wee little statboy is in a bad mood? Simmer down, nublet.
