It would be weird, but like Sportsbuck said, a high school simply can't spend that amount of money on a football coach.
If they did, all the other athletic departments would probably suffer and possibly some of the funds to make the school better will go down the drain.

Even if they matched him for money, is there something I don't know about HS football that would make it more enjoyable for Spurrier than the NCAA or NFL? I mean, it's okay, but unless he's looking for less stress, I don't see the positive side.
