That's a big If. I think it will either be LL or Michigan will win and Florida will lose.

The small possibility that it happens, it won't really matter. Florida doesn't belong in this game, IMO, over Michigan. The outcome doesn't say who deserves to play in this game.

Ok, a few things here.

First of all, on the issue of the Heisman, I have to agree with bama. Smith was just a great player on a loaded team where as McFadden was the key cog in Arkansas' season. That's all that needs to be said about that.

On the issue of the national title game, I'm a michigan fan but I have no beef with Florida getting the nod. It's an extremely tough thing to do (going through the SEC with 1 loss) and they deserve it. Does Michigan deserve to go? Yes. I personally feel they are the second best team in the nation, but that's just me. I personally hope OSU gets trounced because I hate the team and the school.

And Sportsbuck, respect the university that has pumped out felons like Mo Clarett and Alonzo Spellman? Covers up the fact that they give their athletes illegal treatment? Yeah, they may be the best team in the country now but that doesn't mean they're a respected university, at least not from those incidents.

Simply put: Darren McFadden and Florida just deserve it more.

Spellman has bipolar disorder, so I don't think it's fair to blame the stuff he's done on OSU or Spellman but I agree with what you're saying about OSU. I'll respect them when they clean themselves up.
