I too used the schedule card. Same with BC. I just am not convinced and like I said, LSU is my numero uno because they're dominant and downright scary. If they beat a good Big Ten opponent, then props to them.....they'll prove they belong in the top spot.

I didnt see the game so I didnt notice.....but they did look fierce against everyone else (well, kind of)
and LSU has a harder schedule because of the SEC. If they win in that conference, they're going to the National title game.

Trust me, LSU is still nasty and I'm very worried that Auburn will feel the full effect of that tonight. Trust me Sportsbuck, the OSU offense wants no part of LSU's defense. (I want to note, I think OSU could beat them, just in a low scoring game) |

I will continue to say all year long that regardless of how good the one loss $EC team is, if there are two undefeated teams from BCS conferences, then the two undefeated teams should play. |

Trust me Sportsbuck, the OSU offense wants no part of LSU's defense. (I want to note, I think OSU could beat them, just in a low scoring game) I know we want no part of their defense. Hell, I don't want any part of Penn State's defense. |

Michigan State didn't quit today. We lost by 7, on the road, to a very good defense, and despite being down 24-0, we never quit.
Our pass coverage, well as bad as it seems, really it's understandable. JLS never recruited good defense, we are beat up, and one of our starting corners isn't even a defensive player. No excuses, I just never had a lot of confidence in them in the first place.
OSU did a very good job preparing for our offense. Ringer was shut down and Hoyer had happy feet all day. I'm not a big fan of Hoyer. I miss Drew really bad. He tries too hard to power the ball in there.
Chris Wells, hell of a back. He ran out the clock to seal the deal. If I knew one thing that would lose us the game, I knew it would be the secondary. They missed countless tackles. Our D-Line kept us in the game. Wiley was the lone bright spot in the secondary.
Overall, was it our greatest game? No.
Am I pissed? No.
Despite how horrible we looked, we were in the ballgame late and I never saw this team lay down and die like they did with JLS. We almost had a break with that third fumble, but you know, you don't always get the breaks.
We lost to the #1 team in the land, on the road in a very hostile environment. Can't complain.
This means we better beat Iowa next week.

Their touchdown to take the lead 20-17 was absolute bullshit. ESPN showed that they clearly only had 6 people on the line of scrimmage, meaning it should've been called back, but the stupidity of $EC refs showed true again, as they somehow believed that being 2 yards off the LOS is now considered on the LOS.
