LOL at the shotgun kneel down.
OU got jobbed though on that 4th down. They should have taken time to review it at least.

I don't need this from you. Oh and LSU fans are still a bunch of classless fricks. I mean, there was no class in Oxford today, but I've never seen a game like that. A couple of fights broke out in the students section, I lost my voice yelling "nice" things towards the LSU fans nearby (hey they started the smack). It was fun though, and if Coach O wasn't a complete and total moron, we might actually make that a game. Oh and I will say this right now, LSU was a better team last year. I've seen both in person now and there is little doubt about that. LSU is just not that good this year, and I think a team like Mizzou would have a really good chance to beat them. Seriously, if Mizzou can beat KU and OU, I think they have a legit shot at a MNC against LSU. They're defense is good, but Ole Miss outgained LSU today and they've shown a lot of holes against a spread offense. That is how Ole Miss moved the ball today, by using the spread with Brent in at QB. They do have a very good offense though, because Crowton (sp?) is a great playcaller. I was very impressed with him in today's game. My final point, a team that runs a spread offense can and will beat LSU. Oh and bearcat, Missouri was the best team I saw this year at Vaught-Hemmingway.

And down goes Oklahoma. Is there a team with a legit title shot that would not like to choke it's hopes away?

Like I said, the BCS would love Michigan State.

I wonder what'll happen if LSU and Kansas lose next week..... will Mizzou be the number one team or will it be West Virginia? And Crabtree should win the heisman....f Tebow Crabtree's not even the best freshman in his own conference.

Crabtree's not even the best freshman in his own conference. Yes he is. Gimmick system or not, he deserves it over Maclin.

No. Maclin does. Has Crabtree scored TD's in four different ways? No. Again, Maclin has Does he play on a team contending for a MNC? No. Yet again, Maclin does. I rest my case.

anyone can put up a bunch of yards when you throw 60+ times a game. Just look at the stat padding against the likes of rice, northwestern st., utep, iowa st, and southern methodist.
Of course, against the best team theyve played in Missouri, he has 76 yards no no TDs.

And he's been racking up rec. yards all year long.....79 yards is still ok.

If Crabtree was more of an all-purpose player, then yeah, I might agree with you buck.
It's really sad that you've seen Crabtree play what, one time? And you say he's better than Maclin, who I've seen play now eleven times this year. I've seen Crabtree play three times. Against Texas, Mizzou, and now OU. He's a great player, no doubt, but he doesn't impact a game like Maclin does. I did mention he's scored four different ways, right? Crabtree just catches passes. Good for him.
Not to be an asshole, you just haven't seen EITHER player play very much, if at all.
And spartan, you wish MSU had a player like Maclin or Crabtree. So shut it.
</end rant>

Just some stat comparison for you guys:
287 rush yards, 7.6, 4 TD 885 receiving yards, 15.0, 9 TD 256 punt return yards, 12.2, 2 TD 881 kick return yards, 24.5, TD
Maclin's stats through yesterday's games.
Crabtree has 125 catches for 1,861 yards and 21 TD. Impressive? Yes. But keep in mind he had over 1,000 yards in their non-con schedule. He's had barely 800 yards or so in Big 12 play.

ok bearcat, we all know you are a Mizzou homer and are rallying around Maclin.... but Crabtree is shattering records and has better stats than any other WR in the nation. Maclin seems to be a Percy Harvin kind of player...... ah screw it, im done arguing but i hope Kansas beats Mizzou next week

I'm sorry bearcat, but around 2,000 yards receiving is amazing. Sometimes it's more impressive to do one thing amazing than a lot of things really well. That's not to say Maclin is not a great player (he could play for Alabama or Ole Miss any day of the week) but I still think Crabtree has been more impressive for my money.
*I should note, I've seen Mizzou in person this year (was he playing that early in the year though, I don't remember him) and a few times on TV. Actually, more than I've seen Crabtree (which is zero, and why I'm going off stats). I would have seen him last night against OU, but I left Oxford in the 4th quarter of the LSU game and drove five hours home.
