Say if Mizzou beats OU and plays West VA for the National title- can Kansas go to a major BCS bowl game? I dont think they'll drop that far in the rankings since they lost to the #4 team. The computers might be gerneous for the Jayhawks

Of course they can. If say the Fiesta Bowl likes them as an at-large, it's entirely possible.

This is actually a Sportsbuck post not mentioning Ohio State, which is rare, so pay attention.
Does anyone remember how in the pre-season all we heard about was how great the Big East was and how it was on the up and up? Well, the only team worth a damn in that conference is West Virginia. Louisville and Rutgers are absolutely terrible this year, while South Florida showed that it was just a bunch of pretenders, although they did beat the best team in the conference in West Virginia. Not trying to knock UConn here, but any conference in which they can climb into the top 25 and be the number 2 team, only to get humiliated by WVU is as overrated as they come.

West Virginia beat UCONN in a pseudo-conference championship game. UCONN.
Thats all you need to know. That conference has one elite team and a bunch of bleh.

Tim Tebow broke his hand. He's going to be in a cast for 2 weeks but he'll be alright for UF's bowl game.
Edit: And also, Beanie Wells had a broken bone in his hand. Just thinking about how many people he stiff-armed with a broken hand has me amazed.

Five in a row I think Florida Atlantic gave us more trouble.

Anybody just get the feeling that Missouri will lose in the Big 12 title game to Oklahoma? I mean it's just one of those years, and hell OK is good and already beat them this season. I really would rather see Missouri-West Virginia though now because Ohio State was in it last year. Though I'm sure Sportsbuck is hoping otherwise I know one thing though, Tebow just got a huge competitor for heisman with Chase Daniel's performance. Though we stomped on FSU (again and Tebow killed it again. Him being a sophomore though and the fact that we wont be in a BCS bowl game hurts. I understand that argument, but if you look at every game this year he has done his job, all our losses were because of our inexperienced defense. I see why you might think Mizzou will lose next week, but it's very hard to beat a team twice in a season. They won't turn the ball over four times like they did last time.
