Help with banners

can someone help me with these banners: img.photobucket.com/albums/v610/cooljayhu/SIBanner.jpg, i18.photobucket.com/albums/b147/northtexas/pollheader.jpg, and www.dynastymanager.com/NEWSITE-PIX/HeismanWatch_wide.jpg I want them to have black bakgrounds to go with the redesign, so that there isn't a white bg on them. I have tried to do it on paint but it doesn't work. Can someone help me out.

you could place them all in one big table (550 width of course) and have a white background for the table and work from there...

That would be something to think about before editing the pics.. it might look good..

no if you look at them the actual background (white square around them) is actually white. Here i will show you on a page: www.dynastycentral.com/dynasty/display_news.asp?ID=56682&dynasty_id=13006&year=2005. See how there is a white box around them, I would like that to be black but can't do it with paint.

It wasn't hard and it looks great with the whole page as white..

no i don't like that IMO it looks stupid next to the black bg of DC. Can ne1 change the bg of my banners to black for me.
