very nice...i suggest adding a picture with depth in the background and lowering the opacity on the text.

That's a pretty good pic. mlb.mlb.com/images/2006/04/04/ICOnoYg8.jpgJust keep practicing. The second one is better than the first, but what I like about the Percy Harvin one is the font. The font is the Cora sigs is kinda lame. |

I like the Tony Romo background, but you should make the pic a little smaller that way it shows a little bit of the body. Always remember though that sometimes simplicity will turn out greater than anything.

the mario williams one is a step in the right direction. You have the football stadium in the background, now add another picture with some cool lighting or depth. For example fireworks. Then set it to overlay on top of the stadium. Then tone down that red and put the render on top of the coloring and it's a ton better.

in photoshop after you place the image or brushes or player or whatever on it's own layer, there is a little drop down box above the layers that says normal....click on the drop down and from there you can pick overlay. Overlay, soft light and, linear light are the three that i use most often.
If you want to check out some of the psd files that people post. You will see that some sigs have over 50 layers. Mine are usually around 25.
