just wodering but if we don't want to use created teams can we just use actual teams. also i think we should have a full season not a tournament sorry Nafsder.

The problem is, to effectively run a full season, we need 32 members. But running a round robin tournament IS running a season. In round robin tournaments, every team playes each other once. That means, with an 8 team round robin tourny, it is essentially a 7 game season. With a 16 team round robin tourny, it essentially a 15 game season. Then, the two best teams (or four, or six, or whatever we make it) move on to an actual single elimination postseason (aka, the playoffs). Just because it is run under the tournament option doesn't mean it isn't a season. As for the created teams, I think it would be much more fun that way. I mean, we can all do real teams on our own, we don't need a fantasy league to do that. What is the point of just reporting on the Packers or the Bucaneers in NoT25hAbY's game if we can report on the Packers or the Bucaneers in our own?

what I meant was that we should do a season with a full offseason and such That would be hard to do through a tourament. Also i agree that created teams would be fun but, no office, I dont really like any of the team names/logos that you (or however made them) came up with. Once again sorry Nafsder (please still make my banner even though I'm kinda bashing you )

While an offseason would be cool, without direct access to the game, it would be nearly impossible to negotiate contracts, sign players, scout rookies, and all that jazz anyway. As for your shot at the logos and names, most of the names are just generic team names (Eagles, Vikings, Pirates, Raptors, Sharks, Hornets all have pro sports teams with the same names), and I challenge you to find better create a team logos online. I spent most of my time that I wasn't puking today and yesterday (yes, I was home sick for the second time in as many weeks...kind of strange, I normaly never get sick) and those are for the most part, the best logos I could find that did not already belong to a real pro team. Anyway, I respect your opinion, but no banner for you (jk...I'll get it done eventually)

i wasn't bashing them man its just i really like to keep the nfl alive you now. But what we could do for the offseason is talk to Austin online (messenger or something and kinda negotiate that way) I see where your coming from as a few posts back i was wondering the same thing. As for the logos i know your probably the best at them but they are just not my favorite.

I hoped to start it, but I'm thinking of doing a Western Maine-esque NCAAB site. As for the logos, I think you are under the perception that I made them. I didn't (although I did recolor some). But the problem with negotiating an offseason is 1. It will be the world's largest pain in the ass for Austin to keep us informed on all the days of Free Agent signing. Also, for each player, he has to tell us how much he is asking for, we have to tell him how much we offer, then he has to make teh offer, come back and tell us whether the player is interested in the offer...etc etc 2. Once again, how can we choose who we want to scout without making a bitch-load of work for Austin. 3. Since when was the NFL dieing

OK, I can. Google.com. First team nickname that comes to your mind and either logo or logos. So to find that beautiful pink pig that I know you guys all have your eyes on (fat chance) type in:

and it is the ninth one to pop up.

And WM isn't definately done for good. I had a few ideas since I stopped it...maybe I'll start it again some day.

Information & BUMP lol

A layout for the Dynasty is going to be made when I get motivation. We have 18 logos to choose from, and 7 of you have signed up. I'll repeat myself for those of you who havn't heard the final project.

The DCFL Draft will be started as soon as the 16th member has signed up. There will be 16 teams(logos to pick from), 9 in a conference, and the two best records will play eachother in the final bowl game(nameless still). Then, we will take 22 players from each conference and have a probowl.

I need 7 more members to be active with the project. It's a 16 team Football league with 15 games, where everything after the fantasy draft will be simulated besides the signings you want to do and so on.
