Also, I recommend putting FA Linebackers Tedy Bruschi on New England and Mark Fields on Carolina, since technically those teams still own their rights though they are out for the season.

Ashley Ambrose signed with Kansas City, but you may have a hard time finding the cap room to get Mitchell, Washington, and Ambrose on the Chiefs.

For the Chiefs: I released Julian Battle and K. Fox, then I lowered Mitchell's and Washington's speed rating from 88 to 0 to make them crappy. I signed them to KC, fixed their attriblutes, and voila, under the cap still. Brilliant.
