I dunno. It's a reach, but he's still 2nd round probably. Wasn't John McCargo supposed to be a day 2 pick when the Bills took him 25th last year?

I'm not thrilled with the pick of Meachem. We needed really need a WR, and we went to Tennessee.
I think the Aints will shore up the defense a bit in the second round. I'd like to see a good DT (depends on who is still around), a guy like Brandon Siler, or even a decent CB.

KC got a solid pick in Dwayne Bowe although they should focus on their o-line. We're still solid up front with Waters, Wiegmann, Welbourn, and we received Damion McIntosh in FA. I wanted Staley, but I'll take Bowe. Not a bad second option. And I would have been happy with Quinn too. |

maybe I was just going on what the network guys were saying about how they had him 78th overall or in the third round. Plus with like 4-5 WRs ahead of him (in my opinion) I think it was a huge strecth when they could have picked him up in the 2nd or even 3rd rounds.

Well I know I'm what, 5 hours late or so but the stupid 49ers... I want Willis! I just don't have a good feeling about Lynch. And a good laugh goes out to Brady Quinn. does anyone think the network's coverage is lacking. Faulk at times is an idiot (he said that the pats always draft by need when alot of the time they take the guy they have rated highest) and sometimes they screw up their displays. For instance despite being traded a couple days ago, dante hall appear 2 or 3 times in the Chiefs WR depth and despite having a solid starter in Dan Koppen the patriots second biggest need is C. It just seems to be a poorly run operation.
what's up with Poz not going in the 1st? Does anyone see this as odd?

The only thing I can think of is his durability after he broke his arm last year. But he didn't. He tore a ligament. It was his teammate Derrick Williams that broke his arm. |

Oh and we could have had Houston, but I think we can get a decent CB in the secound round. Houston never struck me as being 1st round quality anyway, but if he's somehow still there when the Saints pick again, he better be picked. |

I am furious right now. There better be a knife in McNabb's chest to justify this. See what doing drugs does? Reid's kids did drugs, they became f'ed up. Reid then has to miss time. Now, he did not get a good idea of the draft. This kid better be able to do calculus, manage a movie studio, get hookers cheap and clean, play outside linebacker, handle the secondary, and make me happy all at once.
