Everyone in the front office should lose their job for letting this roster deteriorate into Steve Smith and 52 bums. Plus there needs to be a blanket ban on Carolina drafting OSU or USC players because they all suck. LOL we've taken two terrible players that came from tOSU. Drew Carter had two knee surgeries on his ACL, do you expect him to supplant Steve Smith? Hell, most guys don't make it back from one, it's a miracle he's still playing. And Gamble, the front office really fucked that one up. I knew Gamble was garbage when he got beat on an out and up against Wisconsin in 2003, and was happy when he went to the Panthers instead of the Bengals in the draft. Now after living here and becoming a Panthers fan because of it, that was terrible. How does knee surgery affect your ability to catch a football? Most teams in the league have three or four if not five WR that make that play at the end.

Drew is a speed receiver, relies on his speed the entire time. Your ability is going to take a hit when you have the main ligament in your knee reconstructed not once, but twice. I watched Drew play before he had any knee surgeries and he is definately not of the same caliber he was before them.

Wtf are you talking about? He drove them 59 yards down the field to the one yard line. Then stupid Billick went for the FG instead of the TD. Cool. He didn't do anything. He threw for 59 yards with no touchdown, and crumbled down the stretch and lost to the Dolphins. He looked okay, at best. He's quite mobile, but it's going to get him into trouble. He needs to learn more before I'll ever consider him a decent quarterback. WTF are you talking about? He led his team all the way down the field and would've won the game in regulation but Billick chose to kick the field gaol. He didn't even attempt a damn pass in overtime. Billick doesn't trust him enough to let him do anything so I don't get where you are saying he lost the game for them. And BTW, he was inches shy of a TD pass the play before. And of his mobility getting him in trouble, are you stupid? With the way the Ravens offensive line plays his mobility is the only reason he can by any time back there in the pocket. Did you even watch the Dolphins game? Hell, have you watched him play outside of last year's NC? You have me seriously questioning your football intelligence.

So he's not as fast as he used to be and takes longer to get to the spot. Understandable. That still doesn't effect his hands when the ball gets to him.

Well, I wasn't trying to answer your question. Just explaining how his knee surgery has hampered him because it took away his best ability.

Okay, well if Smith starts to trust his legs over his arm too much it's going to get him into trouble. Don't question my damn football intelligence. I've said one thing. You've seriously got me pissed off now because I was stating what I believe. Go gain some more muscle or some shit.

I'm not exactly Troy, but from what I have seen the past two years he trusts his arm more than his legs. Back when he first started in 2004 and in 2005 he would trust his legs but he's grown more comfortable and confident with in his arm. And wicked, wicked insult there telling me go gain more muscle. I don't know how I'll ever survive. You get pissed because I question your football intelligence? Grow some thick skin, it'll help you a lot.

You need to learn to take a joke. And you're right -- you're not Troy. What ever is going to give him more success is what he'll put his trust in.. If it's his legs it's his legs, and I just don't feel he's a good quarterback.

Anybody able to see the Playstation shit going on in New Orleans? 300+ combined yards and 35 combined points in the 1st quarter. The Saints cannot seem to stop the Eagles. Going to be a very tough one to win the way things are shaping up.
At least the Giants are losing...

The Saints stopped the Eagles. That's a shock to see, our shitty ass defense actually making a stop. The Eagles still ought to have 31 points and 300+ yards by halftime. With Stecker being banged up, we're down to our 4th string back in Thomas. Eh...here's hoping Drew Brees can turn into Jesus once again.

LOL, the Raiders just had a meltdown. Their D keeps arguing with the refs and Warren Sapp and Derrick Burgess blew up and drew over 3 unsportsmanlike conduct flags and they wouldnt get off the field.....Goddell is going to fine those guys a good ammount of money.

Yeah, I'm not saying Troy Smith will be great or horrible, but the Dolphins game was anything but his fault. He actually got us back into the game, and then Billick blew it by being a pussy and not going for it at the 1. Who doesn't go for it when you have nothing to lose, your on the road, and playing a team that is just begging for a win? Not to mention your team has half of its players missing.

We cut Pittman and picked up Pierre Thomas from Illinois.

Why was Payton that stupid. Didn't even say anything about the move, just said that he ran for 53 yards on ya'll. Bama, I haven't watched many games this year but do you think they made the right call?
