Looks a lot like crazywaterboys layout.
Also where you have all the marquee in the middle why do you have it going the wrong way? Its hard to read..

three columns doesn't work on DC. It looks bad and squeezes the article in the center column. Two columns looks better. Also, the marquees on the right side going opposite ways looks bad.
