The only love for the spurs exist in south texas, mexico, and about everywhere else outside of the us :-) Typically only bandwagon fans are spurs fans in the us..... fyi, spurs jerseys were the top selling jerseys in the world again this year while manu, duncan and parker were all top 10 world wide this year.

Eh, if San Antonio and Detroit are in the Finals, even I might sleep through some of it. :/

I don't like the Spurs, but jeez I respect them. Tim Duncan is not a very "exciting" superstar, but he does not get the respect he deserves.
Also, I think the fact that so many players are not American (Manu, TP, Rasho, Beno, any others?) turn them off to casual fans. The style of basketball they play is very different from most other teams in the league. I for one, enjoy watching them play and execute very sound basketball.

you all are saying a pistons/spurs finals would be boring did you all just not see SA run & gun with the suns and beat them TWICE. So i think SA could drop 100 on Detroit easy and it wouldnt be a so boring finals.

So i think SA could drop 100 on Detroit easy and it wouldnt be a so boring finals. Wrong. The only exciting player on San Antonio's roster is Manu Ginobili; the rest are boring and fundamentally binded. Ratings for the 2003 NBA Finals were atrocious compared to the year before and after. Yet when it comes to dominating the league, boring teams pwn. Go figure.

And wow San Antonio won twice! Congratulations. Because who's ever heard of a 2 seed beating a 1 seed twice! Why, San Antonio should just get the trophy now.

Well I still never said the Pistons would score over 100... or even win the series... or a game... or even make it to the Finals.

They wouldn't put up a hundred on Miami either. They wont get the chance >_< but they wouldn't.

Well San Antonio can score over 120 against Phoenix, but then again Phoenix makes Miami look like the Pistons.

I'll leave the forums permanently if the Spurs score more than 100 over Detroit in a 48 minute game. SA put up 101 without Duncan AT Auburn Hills earlier this year... I would be definitly willing to say SA scores over 100 at least once in the finals if they play Detroit. For the love of God, America.... open your eye's and realize SA has scored all year.... you'd score 90 a game too if you're up by 30 after 3 and put in 8-12 from the bench

I find it appropriate that Heat/Suns is leading right now...we know at least half of that combo won't happen. Phoenix is done.

Duncan did play! 2 minutes. And he scored 2 points, and if you take those points out, San Antonio only scored 99. So there.
