As the Draft Holder, I'll announce that we will hold as many teams as possible, but the few teams that wont be user controlled will be the CPU. The CPU will draft the overall highest rated player every round, so theirs no problem. Once atleast 10 teams are picked, we will begin to make a draft date, and everyone is expected to show for the hour it will take.
