Yeah, considering the NBA is now like the 3rd most popular out of the 4 "major" sports Pssh, baseball blows... 2nd most popular... its kinda hard to make these comparisons, because say in San Antonio, it's a basketball town mostly, while a place like Kansas City is football and baseball (kinda), so your geography really dictates how popular sports are...

It definately depends on where you are. Try Canada...the majority of people put the NHL at the top by far...and even Toronto, where there is no NFL team...they love the Leafs and Jays.....and of course....those wicked Raptors *shudders*.

The only person I could see the Lakers sending to Indiana would be Lamar Odom, and I don't think the Lakers would be willing to part with him.
