I popped in NBA Live 06 and simmed the All-Star Weekend events this year, just to see what happened. The CPU controlled everything. Here are my results:
3 POINT SHOOTOUT Round One (Bold means Advanced) Quentin Richardson - 14 Gilbert Arenas - 23 Chauncey Billups - 18 Ray Allen - 20 Dirk Nowitzki - 22 Jason Terry - 30
Round 2 Gilbert Arenas - 11 (He airballed two in the last rack...hahahaha) Jason Terry - 22 WINNER
SLAM DUNK CONTEST Judges: George Gervin, James Worthy, Dee Brown, Clyde Drexler, Spud Webb Round One (advance in bold) Josh Smith - 98 (48, 50) Andre Iguodala - 94 (44, 50) Nate Robinson - 84 (41, 43) Hakim Warrick - 90 (40, 50) ROUND TWO Andre Iguodala - 95 (50, 45) - WINNER Josh Smith - 88 (50, 38)
So there you go...just thought I'd share.

Iggy has already said that he's pulling off something never before seen in the dunk contest. He's my pick.

Yeah yeah Jason Terry winning the 3 point contest, hopfully he could pull it off, and if not I hope Dirk can.
I think Smith repeats this year, what I have seen from last year, I think he is going to repeat. I think Iguodala will give him a big challenge, but I see Smith pulling it out.

My Iguodala prediction was right. He really did win the dunk contest. Dude honestly, get off the high horse you are on. It's starting to really make me and probably alot of other people mad. I mean, I admit Andre Iguodala is an amazing dunker, Allen Iverson is one of the best players in the league, Kyle Korver is a good 3 point shooter, etc. But you really need to stop. I don't think the 76ers are at .500, I don't think Allen Iverson is the best player in the league, and ANDRE IGUODALA IS NOT THE G-D DUNK CONTEST CHAMPION. Listen, everyone roots for their team and favorite player, but you're taking it too far. You sell the 76ers as being the best team in the East, you sell Iggy as the best dunker, and AI as the best player. The fact of the matter is, the Pistons own the 76ers, Iggy lost to Nate Robinson FAIR and SQUARE, and Allen Iverson is one of the top 10 players in the league, not the top player. I'm just saying man. It's getting damned annoying hearing you say Iguodala won the dunk contest when he didn't, and I'm getting tired of hearing you sell the 76ers as the best in the league. I mean c'mon, my Cavs aren't even the top 3 in the east, LeBron isn't the best player, and I know damn well he wouldn't have won the dunk contest had he participated.

I'm not the only one who believes Iguodala was the true champion last night.
And for the record, you're making **** up like usual. I never said the Sixers were the best team in the east, nor did I put Iguodala or Iverson in those categories.

Your retarded king james if you TRUELY believe Iguodala didn't win the dunk contest. Hands down he beat Nate Robinson, bias judges robbed him though.

He speaks the truth, though. I mean, when the other participants are behind Iggy 100% and Kobe, LeBron are crying BS, there's something wrong. The crowd knew it was a setup as well.

Iggy would have won if he had done the backboard dunk in the finals instead of in the first round. It sucks that he was robbed on the last dunk with the judge taking a 10 down, but I think part of it his fault for doing the backboard dunk first, when it made all of his dunks afterward seem easier.
I'd like to see Iggy back next year to see if he pulls anything out especially insane after this debacle. I still think he should have been in it last year, but maybe that's just me. My ideal lineup for next year would have both Iggy and Dez Mason, a guy who should've been invited this year instead of Hakim Warrick.

C'mon, you know he's going t ocompete in it.
