that is why people were saying that I had good writing. That is all Bstn cares about. You could have the best looking layout and have decent writing but if it wasnt perfect he was rate you lower If this is a double post, I apologize. But Stephen made this site for WRITING about dynasties, not making flashy layouts with crummy writing. People can have the best layout in the world, but then if their recap consists of "Rodger Clemons stuck out 13 in a win over St Louis" there's no way they deserve a 10. People stress HTML on this site too much. Concentrate on writing before you concentrate on flashy HTML. Writing is what everyone should care about, not just Bstn. Sometimes he does rate a little harsh, but writing comes first. |

A layout means absolutely nothing, which is why David's dynasty is better then yours could ever be, he doesn't care about flash as you do. Stop acting like a noob and realize that fancy means nothing, and that writing is everything. Well put. |

writing is important, but a major plus is if someone has a good layout that looks good You just don't get it, do you? I'd rather see someone who writes 10 paragraph recaps with no layout than someone with mediocre/average writing and a good layout. Sure it's a plus, but it's stressed too much. |

true that it is stressed to much. However everyone has their own prefrence, so what does it matter if I think a good looking layout is more important than having *perfect* writing.

ASM, HTML is the only thing that matters on your sites. Don't try to act like you've never said these things before, we all read these forums, we all read your comments.
Is HTML good? Of course it is. Is it everything? Definatly not. I'll read a dynasty with no HTML if the writing is good. I won't read a dynasty with brilliant HTML if the writing is awful.
Improve your writing, focus less on HTML, and you might gain respect by a few people.

Yes i have said that it is a plus for me, i like to read a site with good HTML. And yes i will agree that HTML is what matters on my site, but the ratings havent lied people do like it, maybe not you guys but other people. |
