Yeah, but all the original baseball ones just normally look the same, and I don't really like the original ones I tried. Trust me, over the past week or so I've been trying so hard just to get a layout I like, I really liked this one, I really think the original ones wouldn't be nice to look at from what I remember of them.

I completely understand, I really do.

The past week I've been trying to start a dynasty; I've made the banner and I've even written the first article. The thing is, I can't find a good layout to use that isn't remarkably similar to anyone else's, and I'm against stealing of any kind because I definately know how it feels.

Your dynasty is great, but to be honest, Bsktballr's is better. You deserve mainly nines and a few tens here and there, but a 9.53 is too high.

..yet copying the format for the MLB.com and ESPN sites isn't like anything we've seen?

I'll add my two cents since even though I am not a much of a MLB man. The new layout looks really organized and looks good. The second layout had way too much shade of the same blue and it didn't look right at all imo. So I say stay with your current layout and maybe edit it a little to make it more original.

If that's your mindset, I'd tend to agree with you. There's not much originality anymore. Even I based much of my layout on Jets old site. That being said I think two of the very original layouts are Da Rafeter's and Bsktbllr's. But even Bsktbllr's is starting to get reproducted.

Maybe so, but for the time being I have that spot. I wish DJB luck and hope to see some great stuff from him up there in the Top 10.
