Hitting 101-102 says the stadium radar gun... he was throwing hard, no doubt about it, but if you think for a second that what stadiums list as pitch speed, you're fooling yourself. The guy in the stands that clocks for Derek Jeter said about a year ago that only a couple closers have actually hit 100, which would easily go against 90% of the people of whom stadiums have claimed hit the century mark.
Looked a little windy there I must say...
