Biggest Names Named: Roger Clemens Andy Pettitte Miguel Tejada Barry Bonds Jason Giambi Garry Sheffield Lenny Dykstra Brian Roberts Todd Hundley Rondell White Chuck Knoblauch Jason Grimsley David Justice Mo Vaughn Denny Neagle Mike Stanton Jerry Hairston Paul LoDuca Fernando Viña Kevin Brown Eric Gagné Wanna have some fun? For a while a list from Deadspin was taken as fact! Read through some of those names! NOTE: This list is DEFINITELY wrong. The Report itself is available here. It's over 400 pages, so you might be reading for a while. An easy-to-read complete list is provided by everyone's favorite credible website, Wikipedia. An interesting thing I found was that nearly every section on names ended with: "In order to provide ________ with information about these allegations and to give him an opportunity to respond, I asked him to meet with me; he declined."

ESPN2, of course. They'll only be pre-empting World Series of Poker re-runs.

I bet there are a number of Yankees and very few, if any, Red Sox.

Of course, because no one would snitch on any Red Sox players. The world hates the Yankees so I expect it too. One of the informants is an ex-Yankee employee. Bitter much?

or because Mitchell works in the Red Sox front office? That pisses me off. At least let's get an unaffiliated person to do the search. That really makes me mad. Andy Pettite? I don't think so. Maybe. But I don't think so.

Nothing surprising here so far, and I don't really expect any surprises either.

By the time this all ends, Ken Griffey Jr. may end up with the most home runs out of anyone from this "Steroid Era".

Anyone know a Red Sock on the list? Anyone?
An important one at least.

The list has been flawed since it was not comprised by a complete outsider. Still interesting nonetheless.

Anyone who thinks that because a player isn't on this list he's clean is sorely mistaken. Without subpoena power, Mitchell had a hard time getting good information.

Likewise, anyone who thinks every name on this list was juicing is also mistaken.

This poorly composed list is doing nothing but tainting the entire history of baseball as we know it. It's a joke that not a single Red Sox player is on that thing while 9 or so who played for the 2000 Yankees are and it is undetermined when or what the evidence is for those players. How fair is it to have your snitches but disgruntled employees from the Mets and Yankees and Roger Clemens' ex-trainer? Of course there's gonna be more Yankees than anyone else, no?
Who gives a flying shit anyway? The only sport that will be left standing after the other three major sport leagues have erased themselves off the board will be the NFL. At least they know how to handle their shit without causing all this drama and ruining everything.
