oh for sure, but still very comical to watch. Avery is one of those guys (like Esa Tikkanen was for the oilers in the 80s) who you hate to play against cause hes so annoying, but love to have on your team cause he gets people off their game.

Avery is being unfairly targeted now... I hate his douchebaggery as much as the next guy, but at least twice I've seen guys do similar things to goalies in the playoffs and there's been no call. Particularly the gayness Danny Briere has been giving Huet. If you're gonna limit their pad size and change the rest of the rules to give scorers the advantage, at least protect the goalies a little bit...

I think not only should they crack down on interference calls but they need to realize goalies are eligible for penalties too. For example in the B's-Habs game I saw a bruin standn prob 3-4 feet in front of Price. Not even close to interference. Price left his crease three times to slash him, cross-check him, and punch him in the back of the head. If a normal player does that its a penalty so why isn't it a penalty for a goalie. Especially since he left his crease and skated a few feet to do it. |

Thanks to the Flyers, Alexander Semin needs a new nose... but don't tell the refs or anything that there's multiple high sticks going on. The blood obviously doesn't give it away...
Officiating has been as wild as ever. Phantom calls all over the place, unfair targeting, and so many no-calls it's getting ridiculous...
