My school Clarkston has played a fairly easy schedule so far, and just beat Bloomfield Hills-Lahser 21-0. The defense is amazing, and we have only allowed 45 points in 6 games. We are 6-0 going into our Homecoming game against, probably our toughest opponent 5-1 Troy

oops forgot to post. We lost 34-27 to drop to 1-3. Had 9+ turnovers and now we have like 29 on the year. Team Captain got pissed off and called us all bitches and we suck and said we make him not want to play football anymore. people yelled back and now the head coach said monday will be like boot camp football style, lol fun times.

We crushed a terrible team 56-14. I got my first catch of the year, a one handed 22 yard grab. Over the shoulder too. I can't wait for film on monday so I can see myself actually doing something other than blocking.

Won 41-3, but we fucked up 3 times (4 if you include a missed FG) Should have been 65-3, but two INTs in the red zone and a 51 yard TD called back because of holding do you in. That's life. We're now 4-3 (2-0) with 3 games to go.

JV we won 40-8, I had two touchdown receptions, and I got stopped at the 15 on a kickoff return.
Varsity we won 35-7, I didn't get any reps on Varsity this week, but I'm not that dissapointed considering my JV performance.

My stats so far this season, courtesy of our JV receivers coach:
Receiving 17 Catches 278Yards 5 TD
Rushing 6 carry 43 Yards 2 TD
Blocking 2 Pancake
And just so you all know we are running a very basic version of the spread option (And by basic I mean Pre-K basic) so that is the reason for my rushing stats.

Well our JV season fell off the face of the Earth. We were 6-0 going into our game for the conference championship.
We had a great week of practice and we were psyched up. Well, they got two big plays early and our offensive line sucked to say the least. Obviously, a running offense doesn't do to well when the line sucks. We lost 26-8. Closer than the scoreboard would indicate, as they went for two and got it every time and we played a very hard second half.
So we were 6-1 and everyone was pissed. Then our coaches said the team we play next week isn't even close to this team. That was a smart move, not. We took practice lightly and got upset 24-12. Basically, after we lost the game for all the marbles, our team basically didn't care.
We ended our year 6-2. Our last game got canceled because of the wonderful weather on Thursday.
I got called up to Varsity for playoffs. I'm excited.

I got moved up to Varsity for soccer playoffs. we went something like 12-2 in the regular season, and I probably had like 10 goals. That isn't that good considering about 5 were PKs, but at least I got moved up...

Forgot... but this was Friday night.
we won 42-7, their sideline and fans were cheering when they injured our star QB in the first quarter and so we threw a TD with 30 seconds left. Pretty bad sportsmanship by both sides in those incidents. Other then that, it was a normal, whoop ass game.

My former high school is doing really good but I hope they blow it. I don't hate my former high school entirely, but this is part I hate. The favoritism shown to football and basketball players at that high school is seriously disgusting.

My high school went 8-1 in the regular season. The final game of the year, we were down 14-0, scored two straight touchdowns, but the coach decided to be a hero, wanted to go for two to make it 15-14 and seal the victory, and we didn't convert. The first week of playoffs, we won 44-18. Turnovers and the running game put it away, we have a real shot at the state title, especially if we win this week.

JV we lost 34-28 in double OT. I caught a TD pass to tie it up with 0:00 remaining in the 4th, but we missed the extra point, and then our QB tore his ACL in overtime on a 4th down scramble.
Varsity we won 21-20 on a miracle comeback. I actually had a punt return in this game, gave us good field position, too.

I was injured punting the ball in our JV game last night, going to get my shoulder x-rayed and such today. I got off a beautiful 45 yard punt, perfect spiral, and somehow the referees thought that it was tipped so when i was tackled after punting it they didn't throw a flag.

Am I the only one who has moved on from high school and could give a rat's ass about what the teams are doing?

Well our Varsity's season is over. Somehow we got an away playoff game after a 10-1 season, and not just an away game, but an away game in Greensboro, which is a good 2 hours away. We lost 41-35, but nearly pulled off the comeback of the century.
We were down 41-21 with just 2:57 to go, when our quarterback busted off a 36 yard touchdown run to make the score 41-28. Then, we recovered an onside kickoff, and our quarterback scored again on a run to make the score 41-35 with just 2:01 remaining. Then, they recovered an onside kick. With only :52 remaining, we forced a fumble on defense. And... WE RECOVERED IT! We drove down the field to the 14 yard line, and then our TE dropped a pass in the endzone that would've tied it up, on 3rd down. On 4th down, the pocket collapsed, and our quarterback was hit while throwing, and the game was over. 41-35. But we fought hard, and didn't give up.
Can't wait till next year, now.
