Just want to note that Obama has indeed come back and taken a 5,000 vote lead in Missouri with 98% reporting.

Definate momentum for Obama. Winning a possible 14 states, the only downfall would be a poor showing in Massachusetts. And California not being closer hurts as well. But this was a state that the Clintons banked on, and keeps them in.
Carl Bernstein just said something great: "Its hard to run against a movement."

Good to see an Obama win in MO.
I do agree, the metro areas of KC and STL are Dem-heavy.

all metro areas are Dem-heavy True. Also, it is important to note that Obama is going to run wild in the southern states. Most dems in the south are black, and well they're going to vote for Obama. I didn't check the results, because well we had a tornado touchdown in Oxford and I got my b-ball on and hung out all night and what not. I'll post actual thoughts tomorrow moring.

He must of been sick of spending his own money.
This weekend there are three Democratic primaries in Nebraska, Washington, and Louisiana. Polls show Obama leading in all three, but close in Washington. Louisiana seems like a lock.

So today someone tried to tell me that the way political parties handle their nominations is written in multiple parts of the Constitution.

Well, tonight are the Wisconsin primaries and Hawaii caucus. Barack is up in most polls out of Wisconsin, hovering around 10 points - but I don't see the lead being that big. Maybe 5-7 points. As for Hawaii, should be a big win for Obama. Many reasons why it is (home state, a caucus state, western caucus), but I see atleast a 15 point win there.

Interesting situation with the Dems here, the most interesting I can remember. Obama is in serious trouble now IMO. I'm really starting to think that Hillary is going to pull the rabbit out of the hat, which is amazing the way things looked two weeks ago.
Obama's got a chance, but he needed to win Texas in a bad way and didn't get the job done. If he splits Ohio/Texas than I think he would still be able to carry enough momentum to win the nomination. Now, I'm not so sure.
I'm willing to call it now, Clinton will be the Dem. nomination for POTUS. Any takers?

Mathmatically it is virtually impossible for Clinton to beat Obama, unless the superdelegates decide to reverse the decision of the American people, which would destroy the Democratic party.

She will not win the pledged delegate count, even the campaign knows that.
