I was thinking about this the other day. So I wanted to poll this forum of users with pure Godly souls.
Personally, I eat meat with one meal if I am lucky in a day. If I do, it can't be the processed stuff from fast food restaurants.

I don't eat a whole lot. It's actually probably more than I indicated because our portions are so big here in the US

Depends on the day. Today, for example, I had chicken. Yesterday I didn't have any meat.

I eat atleast chicken, beef or pork in every meal (almost). But is real meat and I don't eat any fast food at all.

define "serving"
Ive noticed with most foods I eat/stuff I drink one "serving" to me is listed as like three servings on the package.
