Anybody know of a decent remedy for this, to at least temporarily soothe my symptoms? As it is, I'm dying over here.

Just gotta hack the stuff out of your lungs up. Also, if you haven't been to the doctor, you really should. Get some antibotics...

Yeah, they should give you medication. I'd just eat some hot soup and then try to get all the flem up.

I actually read of a concoction made of scallions. You start with four bowls of ingredients and cook it down to one. Drink some fluids and eat this soup-esque concoction. It is suppose to make you perspire and make phlegm less thick.

Anybody know of a decent remedy for this, to at least temporarily soothe my symptoms? As it is, I'm dying over here. As a chronic smoker I can help. When I cough up the gunk that builds up in my lungs it works well to take really deep breaths through my mouth to fill my lungs all the way up. That gets the stuff moving a little and will help you cough it up.
