It's not a necessity, but it is strongly suggested you know how to use HTML. Some people here look for HTML more than they do quality writing, and won't even bother looking at a dynasty if you don't have something extremely fancy to draw them in.

My Jays dynasty had sooooo crappy HTML until I was quite literally given a layout. Just write well...I'll help you if you need a hand.

I think the best way to do that would be to put a link to somewhere like putfile.com or something....that's a cool idea that a couple of people have played with. Other than that, a couple people turn their really short vids in to .gifs....give me a sec and i'll find a good nfl site that used videos. In response to your question, you make a picture heading by putting the picture in a table without borders...then make the second row of the table the text heading. You can PM or just post here if you need further help with tables.
