Do you need to have HTML? Is just writing O.K.?

No. Everyone thinks HTML is important, when it's not. It's all about the writing, and if people tell you that you "NEED" it, they're wrong. It's nice to have, but not required.

To be honest, you should have HTML if you want your dynasty to be recognized as an elite dynasty. Although I and many others look further than the look of the page, many require HTML and take points off when rating if it isn't present. So really, the question is: are you capable of making compatible HTML? If so, I'd go for it.

I have to say that I have seen some dynasties which have good writing on it but would be better with some pictures and some HTML in their dynasties... granted, antyhing can happen but to really have a well known and well structured dynasty on this site, I would take darjarbinx's words to heart and see if you can understand HTML a little bit and use it to your advantage. |2uff |

Depends on the person rating...
Even if you get a terrible layout or just some pictures...it might look a bit better than running text. My site wasn't flashy at all until a layout was quite simply made for me...
