log-in to DC and go to your dynasty site... there should be am EDIT button, click it.. then go to News then ADD..

When you log in and go to your dynasty click the edit button on your dynasty, click news, click add article, and then enter the html into there and click save article. Then, it will show up when you go to your dynasty
