You can edit the sig and avy in your profile up at the top. Ought to be in between members and logout.
Also I use Frontpage to do layouts (assuming I was doing a dynasty right now) but yes you can use both to make a layout.

well I did my layout and when I tried to put it on my page it strecthed the whole thing out.
