Welcome to my first attempt at a dynasty in a while. I was inspired to do this by mainly reading dynasties from various sites. I just have some storylines building inside of me and this is a good way to use them.
This is going to be a dynasty that will start off from the High School playoffs. I will not be using Campus Legend for this. I will be creating two prospects during my first season at a random school. Wherever the players land is where they land.
I will try and get them to one of the schools I control, but this keeps the storyline open to anything can happen. The ratings system will be done randomly. The players will most likely suck as Freshman making it easier for me to get them to one of the schools I control.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy...

[glow=green,2,300]The Story Begins[/glow]November 1, 2007Welcome to my online journal. My name is Matthew Walker. I am currently a Senior playing for the Point Clear Shamrocks. Yea, thats right were called the Shamrocks. Don't ask, it's a community thing... Anyways, not only will you get entries from me in this journal, but you will get entries from my lifelong best friend and step-brother, Scott Player. We met when I was about three years old. My dad took off before I was even born, so fortunately my mom was able to find a decent guy who happened to have a son also. Needless to say we grew up too be best friends and have always got alone. Me and Scott are really excited right now. A week from tommorow we have our first round playoff game against Highland Holmes. We are hoping to earn a class 2A State Championship. I know were only 2A, but we still love to play and me and my brother are already receiving some interest from D-1 schools. We are hoping to attend college together and tear up the competition like we have done so far in High School. You ever hear of that dual-threat halfback system? Well me and my brother have that down too a tee. I come in at 5-10, weighing at 193 pounds. I know, I know... Im super small, but you just try and catch me. On the other hand, you might be able to catch my brother but just try and tackle him. He stands at 5'11 weighing at 252 pounds. Me and my brother received a lot of critisicm our early years in High School. I can still remember our first practice as Freshmen. Coaches told us to go stand at our respective positions. When the coaches found me and my brother trotting to the Halfback slot, they were amazed. They were quick to say I was too small, and my brother was too big. It took us two complete years of hard work to convince our coaches that we were able to compete at the position and now we have led our team to another state playoffs. Last season we fell short against the Excel Panthers losing on a last second drive led by their D-1 prospect Quarterback Marcus Washington. We are just hoping we can meet up against Excel again to get our revenge. The way the bracket lays out, if we win our first two games and they win their first two then we would indeed meet in the Quarter-Finals. Anyways, I think I hear Scott calling my name. Gotta run. I got a bio i'l post later. See ya...

Screw the Eastern Shore! The boys in Mobile are going to rock y'all. Cool to see you doing a dynasty man, this is just my way of saying "hello," and what not.

[glow=green,2,300] Surprise Practice[/glow] November 2, 2007Whew... What a day. We finished the week out with a tough practice. It kinda sucked. We usually just have walkthroughs on Friday afternoon practices, but coach walks in and says suite up. The locker room suddenly grew quiet knowing that we were all about to endure hard labor. 2 hours went by and coach calls us to the middle of the field. He gives us his usual hard ass speech about how were no good and we need to work harder. Coach Mills has always been a hardass. He has never been sensitive about any subject. I guess thats just his way of motivation. Still, I would like to see some side to him saying he cares about us and the team. After practice, I made my way home where Candace was waiting on me. She seemed kinda upset cause it was so late. I told her the story about practice and she understood. Candace has been in my life a couple of months now. She was there for me after my 2-year relationship with my ex ended. It was all friendsihip at first but quickly grew away from that. Were suppose to go get a bite to eat tonight and watch a movie. I'm really wore out, but I guess I will hang in there. Trust me, I would rather endure a night out then the attitude I would have to see if I didn't go. All in all, it was a tough day and im just ready for next Friday to be here so we can show coach what we are really made of...

[glow=green,2,300] Playoffs: Round One[/glow] November 9, 2007Well todays the day... We play Highland Holmes tonight. They shouldn't be too tough. The finished their season 8-2. We finished 7-3 but a couple of our losses were a fluke. It's been over a year since we played Highland. We know that they have a really good quarterback named Chris Walters. He threw for over 4,000 yards this season. Coach says our gameplan is to run against their week front four. He said our line should be able to hold them fairly easily. He wants to maintain ball possesion and keeps Walters on the sidelines. Speaking of football. Our starting cornerback Cameron Rolle (Yea, Samari's little brother...) accepted a scholarship to Penn State this week. They recruited him hard this first week before they played host Florida International. He will be attending the game although he happily accepted their offer right away. Their is a little history between me and Cameron. He has always picked at me and my brother for our sizes and position. Really the history is that his best friend was a Senior when me and my brother started our Sophomore year. He had big time schools looking at him, but during the spring training coach noticed that me and Scott were giving way more effort so he started us over him. He ended up not getting any scholarships and wound up at the downtown mill working graveyard shifts. Anyways, time to go meet up with the team and get ready to hand it to Highland. Talk to you peeps later...
